Alexis Ren is flaunting her famous figure in a swimsuit. The influencer, who has a following of more than 16 million fans, shows off her tiny waistline via her latest Instagram Story. Ren manages to exercise wherever she is, even when she is traveling. "I have a rule, I take the stairs everywhere; I'll even skip the escalators in airports," she told NewBeauty.com . "I try to do things where I'm staying active all the time. I also like to travel with my TRX and do these really intense ab exercises with it. When I'm in the tropics, I use the beach as my gym. So, morning swims or running on the beach are my favorite."
You don't have to spend hours at the gym to get flat abs. Ren maintains that a 10-minute ab workout is responsible for her honed midsection. She shared this video on YouTube of her go-to daily ab routine. "It's quick, to the point, and you'll feel it the next day," she wrote about the routine, which includes crunches, planks, and flutter kicks.
Ren created a wellness support group, We Are Warriors, to help others achieve their goals. "My goal for this is that it becomes so powerful on its own, that it will stand on its own," Ren told Insider. "I don't want We Are Warriors to be associated with me. I want it be so authentic and whole and powerful that it stands on its own, and then we just have these amazing leaders and people in spaces."
Alexis eats an occasional piece of fish, but tries to eat as plant-based as possible. "I've been dabbling in plant-based diet for the last four years," she explained to Women's Health. "I realized that there's such an abundance, you don't have to sacrifice taste or quality of food when you're vegan."
Alexis is all about finding her zen, which comes in different forms."Meditation, journaling, dancing, walking, being in nature, they're all tools. So figure out what tools work for you. If meditation doesn't work for you, you're not broken. Maybe you're the type of person that needs movements to find stillness, it took me a while to figure that out. I need movement. Exercising is my meditation, dance is my affinity answer. Since I was five years old, dance is meditation," she told Glamour.
Alexis is a fan of cold food. "I feel more energized and better when I have salads and smoothies," she told Women's Health. "I'll do kale salad. I'll chop up the kale I picked in small pieces with my hands and add onions and then garbanzo beans because they're a really good protein." She adds smashed avocado and drizzles a homemade dressing of olive oil, lime, and nutritional yeast. "It doesn't look pretty, but it tastes way better," she says.
Alexis prioritizes hydration, all day long. "I'll take a one-liter glass bottle, fill that up with water, squeeze in limes, and add stevia," she told Women's Health. "It tastes like lemonade or limeade." "Recently, researchers looked at the dietary intake of more than 7,600 men and women in Australia.
