Oakley is a big fan of playing tennis. The Aussie posted this photo on Instagram of herself at the courts in Sydney, wearing an all white tennis ensemble. She captioned the photo, "Let's play."
One look at Oakley's Instagram and you'll see that she loves going to the beach and going for a dip in the pool. She's a swimwear designer for a reason. Oakley has posted several photos of herself enjoying time in the water.
In addition to modeling and swimwear, Oakley is also a fitness icon. She is the founder of the online workout service, The Pilates Class, and does a Pilates workout in the mornings. Oakley shared her morning workout on an Instagram reel, where she's seen doing leg lifts, donkey kicks, and yoga poses. She captioned the reel, "This really is my favorite way to start the day."
Oakley tells Harper's Bazaar that she makes sure to get a workout in as often as she can, and aims for exercising four times a week. "That's our golden rule," says Oakley. "If we can't do more than that, we won't make ourselves upset."
When it comes to her diet, Oakley is a big believer in moderation and balance. "It's a balance of working out and eating fresh, healthy foods and juicing," she says to Harper's Bazaar. "No matter where we go in the world, we don't drink too much and we don't eat too much—it's all about portion control—but if we want to eat something naughty, we will eat just a little bit. If you've been drinking and partying and not eating right, of course you're not going to feel good in a bikini."
Oakley says one of the things she does to keep her confidence up is getting pampered once in a while, like getting a manicure. She tells Harper's Bazaar, "Weird little things like having your nails done and making sure your legs are waxed really add to feeling sexy and confident. Personally, I know that always works for me."
